According to law enforcement, the 39-year-old suspect walked into the upscale shopping center in downtown West Palm Beach FL around 9:30 p.m. Between 50 and 60 people, including children, were reportedly near the scene at 700 South Rosemary Avenue when the suspect began yelling at the top of her lungs.

The suspect was subsequently charged with disorderly intoxication.
After being arrested and charged, the suspect was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail. She later secured her release from police custody on her own recognizance.
