Violent Brawl at Greenacres Florida Residence Leads to Charges for Aggravated Assault, Battery

Greenacres Florida Assault ChargesThree young women were arrested by Greenacres FL police after allegedly getting into a vicious brawl.

According to law enforcement, the altercation stemmed from a verbal argument over $20 that was alleged to have been stolen. The violent incident occurred at a residence located on the 4800 block of the appropriately named Gladiator Circle in Greenacres, Florida.

Greenacres police received a call about a disturbance at the residence. When police officers arrived at the scene, they reportedly found several people yelling while one of the suspects attempted to drive away.

Police stopped the suspect who was reportedly trying to leave. She then told the officers that someone at the house sent her a text message inviting her to the home to “fight” one of the other suspects. According to the woman, the other suspect got behind the wheel of a blue car and slammed into her vehicle; however, the other suspect disputed this version of events and said that the woman who came to the house initiated the contact.

A fight ensued when both women got out of their respective cars and began to argue. At one point, one of the woman allegedly used pepper spray and another woman brandished a knife.

Two of the suspects allegedly involved in the fight are sisters, ages 18 and 20; the other suspect is a 21-year-old woman.

The two sisters have both been charged with battery, while the 21-year-old suspect has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

After being arrested and processed, the two sisters were released from police custody on their own recognizance.

Meanwhile, the other suspect was being held at the Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. At the time of the alleged assault, she was reportedly out on bail for prior criminal charges that included battery and burglary.
