Car Crashes into Building in Riviera Beach, Florida

Riviera Beach FL Reckless Driving LawyersThree people were injured after a vehicle crashed into a building in Riviera Beach, Florida.

According to authorities, the car accident occurred on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near the Stonybrook Apartments in Riviera Beach, FL.

A total of five people were in the car when it crashed into the building. A Fire Rescue spokesman indicated that three of the people inside the car required immediate medical attention.

One of the people injured in the accident was a child.

The individuals who needed medical attention were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. They were treated for their injuries at the hospital. Thankfully, none of the injuries were considered critical.

There was minimal property damage as a result of the accident. The building remained intact, while the car was only moderated damaged.

At this time, Riviera Beach police have not issued any traffic citations stemming from the crash. However, it is possible that the driver could potentially be cited for reckless driving if investigators determine that they created a safety hazard by driving in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.
