Two suspects allegedly entered the Kwik Stop at 109 South 3rd Street and held up the clerk. According to an arrest report, one of the suspects pointed a sawed-off, double-barreled shotgun at the clerk while the other suspect stood at the front of the store and functioned as a lookout. The suspect holding the shotgun reportedly covered his face with a black ski mask.
After allegedly taking $600 from the convenience store employee, the two suspects ran out of the store and got into a getaway vehicle. The third suspect was reportedly driving the car.
Lantana FL police responded to the scene and began an investigation.
