Riviera Beach FL police are investigating the possible murder of a 21-year-old man on a residential street.
According to law enforcement, the victim’s body was found shortly before noon on West 32nd Court in Riviera Beach, Florida. The street is located just off Avenue E and north of Blue Heron Boulevard.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene not long after police showed up.
At first, investigators believed that the victim’s death was merely suspicious. However, police later determined that the death was probably a homicide.
Riviera Beach police have not yet released any information about the circumstances of the victim’s death. Moreover, police have yet to reveal any information about the victim’s place of residence.
Police are currently investigating the homicide. At this time, no suspects have been identified in the case.
If investigators are eventually able to identify a suspect in the killing, serious criminal charges for murder could follow. A conviction on first degree murder charges could potentially lead to a death sentence or life imprisonment.
